From my initial contact with the Borden Group, it was immediately obvious that their operation is top notch. I found the team to be very responsive, helpful and always kept me in the loop during our transaction. I was very impressed with their professional quality marketing materials and attention to details. Furthermore, prior to contacting them, my house had been listed with another agent for 6 months. They listed my house, and put it into contract in only 4 days! And, they did it all with me living 2,000 miles away, a total full service agency. I would highly recommend the Borden Group. The one stand out quality that most impressed me was their communication. I have bought and sold 3 homes in my lifetime, with the past agents I have used, it was like pulling teeth to get a phone call, email, or text back with an answer to my question. With the Borden group everyone of my emails (and I sent a lot) was answered within an hour or two and most of the time wrere answered within minutes. I can't say enough good things about the job they did selling my house and saving me from foreclosure. I found them by scrolling through these reviews on Zillow, and I am sure glad I did. After only 2 or 3 showings in something like 2 years on the market with a previous realtor, we were looking for a motivated team that could make something happen for us. Ryan and the Borden team sent us a postcard soliciting our business which we took as a good sign. They did not disappoint. They marketed the house aggressively and generated lots of showings right away. Multiple offers followed in time. There were complications with both the first prospective buyer and the ultimate buyer that required a lot of communications. With us living two states away from Reno, we really appreciated the very active help they provided in getting documents back and forth quickly. When freezing weather hit, they went beyond our expectations, getting heat in the house and checking on things that we were not in a position to look after. This team gets our enthusiastic recommendation. The house is sold, we are pleased with the outcome, and the Borden team was an absolute please to work with!

Recently my wife and I just closed on a home in Southwest Reno with Ryan Borden and Borden Real Estate! We are a young married couple and this is our first home. Before Ryan, we had been beaten up by investors and were having a difficult time with getting our offers entertained; even though they were above asking price. From the minute we started working with Ryan he was on the ball. He understood exactly what we were looking for and even steered us clear of a home that would not have been a good fit. When the right home became available he called us within minutes of it being listed (even though it was a Sunday morning). Not only that; he had us looking at it the same day even though he had to go out of his way and deviate from his personal plans. In this crazy market your real estate agent is EVERYTHING and without Ryan I have no doubt we would still be searching for half of the home we got.

Katie and I purchased a brand new home from the builder. Because we had heard that builders were firm with their pricing, we were very skeptical about negotiating a lower price or asking for additional things to be thrown in (i.e. appliances, closing costs, etc.) to our mortgage. Christine, our realtor, had already shown us a number of resale homes but still our hearts were set on a beautiful new home. Though quite a bit out of our price range, Christine asked what Katie and I wanted to offer and what we would like to have thrown in (our wish list included all new appliances, closing costs, a lower price and window coverings). Christine said ok and left us to go about our day. Imagine our surprise when Christine called us back a few hours later to let us know our offer had been accepted!!! She had negotiated a lower price, got us all new appliances, closing costs paid by the builder, and window coverings. We were so impressed with the whole experience. We had a beautiful home with fantastic views which they highlighted by photographs & magic words. Our home hit MLS On Thursday when we were out of town & they had an offer on Saturday which closed some 35 days later. YIPPIE!!!!
